    Indoor Facility  
There are the ground floor and the basement floor, totaling 183 pings, i.e. 605 square meters.
Ground Floor:  
(一) Information Desk While opening, there are volunteers and interpreters who speak Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and English that can provide assistance either in the Hall or on the telephone. They serve as windows to cope with inquiry for resources and services.
(二) Internet Service To provide new immigrants with access to internet that they can browse information from native country
(三) Lounge of Newspapers and Periodicals Cozy sofa makes visitors feeling at home. New immigrants can comfortably have chats with each others. Magazines in Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian and English are provided that offer visitors the information channels to native countries. This may relieve them from nostalgia.
(四) Children quarter To provide space for children to read or play so that their parents can attend class or check up for information without being disturbed
(五) Open kitchen To provide the area for heating native dishes or cooking food
(六) Dining room To provide new immigrants the space for gathering with food
(七) Cafeteria To provide new immigrants a place to relax, chat or make friends
Basement:  
(一) Study room To provide the space for discussing meeting, lecturing classroom and audio-visual classroom
(二) Multifunctional Room To provide multifunctional service such karaoke, audio-visual education and library

    Benefit analysis  
一、 Through the system supporting the Hall, New Immigrants shall have a warm environment just like maid home abroad. Right here you can get various kinds of information from native countries and Taiwan alike. This surely will help new immigrants walking out of the feeble image of loneliness helplessness and will further assist them, whether already being in Taiwan or going to marry in Taiwan, in settling down in Taiwan eventually.
二、 To aid new immigrants to merge into Taiwan society, to help them developing concept of lifelong learning, to let new immigrants understand various resources in the environment and the local cultures, to consolidate beneficial measures for new immigrants from the government, to enhance all ethnic groups to merge, and fulfill this city's commitment of sustainability to create a healthy city.
